Charges & Fees

My hourly rate is calculated on individual circumstances and I offer a £1 per hour discount for 2nd children from the same family. My hourly rate is inclusive of all meals, snacks, baby wipes, nappy sacks, formula and cows milk, outings and treats for the children. There are no hidden costs which will be added at the end of each month.

Hourly childminding rate (2nd child from same family £1p/h discount)	£11.00
Payments are invoiced and due monthly in advance

Holiday notice required in writing	4 weeks

If more than 2 weeks are taken by the parents a full charge will be made for the extra time. If I take more than 2 weeks holiday no charge will be made for the extra time.

Charges for absence
Due to child/parent/guardian illness/occasional full days off	full hourly rate
Childminder illness/occasional days off **	none
** cover may be provided by one of my emergency childminders who would be known to child if required by parent

Additional charges
Hourly rate minded outside contracted hours	full hourly rate

* If I have free days during the week of the SPH arrangements can be made to swap the contracted day upon mutual agreement of all parties.
